Refund policy

1. Final Sale

All MORFEK pieces are made to order and/or produced in limited runs. All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, preference, or incorrect selection.

2. Inspection Upon Delivery

Each piece is inspected prior to dispatch. Upon receipt, the client is responsible for reviewing the product condition immediately.

Any visible damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by clear photographic documentation.

3. Eligible Claims

A return, replacement, or remedy may only be considered in the event of:

  • Manufacturing defect
  • Transit damage
  • Material deviation from confirmed specifications

All claims are subject to internal review and verification.

4. Assessment & Resolution

Where a claim is approved, MORFEK may, at its discretion, offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on feasibility and product condition.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

MORFEK is not responsible for:

  • Natural variations in material (grain, tone, texture, patina)
  • Minor tolerances inherent to handcrafted production
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Improper use, handling, or installation

6. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times are subject to banking and financial institutions.

7. Returns Logistics

In approved cases, return arrangements will be coordinated by MORFEK. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

8. Final Decision

All claims are evaluated individually. MORFEK reserves full discretion in determining eligibility for any return, repair, replacement, or refund.
