Shipping policy

1. Fulfillment

Each piece is prepared individually following production completion. Shipping is initiated once the item meets internal quality and readiness standards.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines are indicative and vary depending on production status, destination, and logistics conditions. Exact dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Partners

MORFEK works with selected logistics partners to ensure appropriate handling of all pieces. Carrier selection is determined based on destination and product requirements.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated per order and may vary by size, weight, and destination. Additional charges such as customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Risk & Transfer

Responsibility for the goods transfers to the client upon delivery. MORFEK is not liable for loss or damage occurring after dispatch and confirmed handover to the carrier, except where required by applicable law.

6. Packaging

All pieces are packaged to meet standards appropriate to their material, scale, and fragility. Packaging is designed to ensure protection throughout transit.

7. Delivery Conditions

Clients are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details and availability to receive the shipment. Re-delivery or storage costs, if incurred, may be charged to the client.

8. Inspection Upon Receipt

Clients are required to inspect items upon delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, supported by documentation.

9. Delays

Delays may occur due to production timelines, customs procedures, or external logistics factors. MORFEK is not responsible for delays beyond reasonable control.

10. International Shipments

For international orders, compliance with local import regulations is the responsibility of the client. MORFEK is not liable for delays or restrictions imposed by customs authorities.
