1. Product Character

Each MORFEK piece is individually produced. Variations in material, finish, and tone are inherent to the production process and are accepted as part of the product’s nature.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. MORFEK reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed payment.

4. Production Time

All lead times are indicative. Production schedules may vary depending on material availability and craftsmanship requirements.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are specified per order. Risk transfers to the client upon delivery. Any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges are borne by the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Returns

All sales are final due to the made-to-order and/or limited nature of MORFEK products. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless goods are defective or damaged upon receipt.

7. Inspection & Claims

Any defect or damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, supported by documentation. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, content, and materials remain the exclusive property of MORFEK. No reproduction, distribution, or adaptation is permitted without prior written consent.
